2008 – FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE KUNDALINI YOGA EN GALICIA (Agosto: 11 al 17)

Como este año, para el próximo celebraremos el Festival Internacional de Kundalini Yoga en Galicia: Sat Sangat - 2008, con el título: "El Sonido de la Autoestima".

 El Festival se celebrará en el entorno natural de A Casa Da Terra en Antas de Ulla (Lugo). Comenzará el día 11  de agosto y finalizará el día 17 después de la comida.

Puedes visualizar en  la página Web: www.kundaliniyogavigo.com  las fotos y los videos del festival del pasado agosto (2007)  y descargar la revista de los profesores y de las actividades que se realizarán en el próximo Festival.

Podrás disfrutar además de otras actividades de tiempo libre: senderismo, cicloturismo, paseo en canoa, baño en el río, tiro al arco, etc. Festival también para niños. No es necesaria experiencia en yoga y está abierto para todos aquellos que practiquen otras disciplinas diferentes.

Like this year, next year we will celebrate the International Kundalini Yoga Festival in Galicia: Sat Sangat – 2008, under the title “The Sound of Self Esteem”.

The festival will take place in a natural environment in A Casa da Terra (Antas de Ulla – Lugo). It will start on 11th of August and it will finish on 17th after lunch.

You will also enjoy other leisure time activities: strolling, cycling, canoeing, swimming on the river, archery, etc. There is also a festival for children. No previous experience in yoga is needed and it is open for all those who practise other disciplines.
